Had my BMW G83 M4 brake pads replaced and winter tires installed on a second set of wheels. An effective solution was provided when an issue was encountered. I recently had my 911 Turbo trailered to Sheni's shop for service. The car had experienced a concerning noise from the engine that was loud enough that I was certain something significant had failed. Kelly and the team at Sheni's took every precaution assessing my car and treated it with care and caution as if it were their own personal vehicle. Rather than attempting to start the car, they initially rolled it into their shop and assessed every obvious cause before physically turning it over. Once they felt comfortable that there was no risk to the engine, they turned the vehicle over and continued their inspection. Ultimately, they discovered that the horrific noise I heard while driving was caused by one of the three bolts on the power steering pump coming loose in the engine. They were able to find the loose bolt, re-secure it in place, and finalize their review of my engine. Fortunately, the outcome turned out to be a minor fix, but Kelly and the team at Sheni's treated it with every precaution and truly as though it were one of their own personal vehicles to ensure the most favorable outcome possible for me. Had I gone elsewhere, a less reputable shop could have easily claimed it was a more catastrophic and expensive fix, but Sheni's provided honest, transparent and thorough service, which I am enormously grateful for. I will hands-down recommend their shop to anybody without hesitation, and they have absolutely secured me as a client for life. Thank you once again, Kelly, Sheni, and the rest of your team.

Honestly, one of the best mechanic experiences I’ve had! Everyone here was super friendly, honest, and upfront about what needed to be done (and what didn’t). They explained everything clearly, kept me updated, and made the whole process stress-free. You can tell they really care about their customers, not just the job. Very satisfied and highly recommend this shop. Kelly and the technicians, and front desk staff are very friendly, well informed polite and professional. I had my diesel X3 deleted and tuned to Stage 2 with all the emissions stuff removed. I paid a little extra for their dyno tuning, and the numbers were very impressive .Upon the first test drive, it was immediately night and day difference with power and response. Money well spent.Kelly took me for a tour around the shop. Very clean and organized, they know what they are doing when maintaining or repairing customer cars. Custom tuning is also there forte with also their in shop AWD dyno. This is the place to bring your BMW or European car.
